Healing Meditation Technique for Women

It allows the woman to focus on giving birth instead of focusing on the pain she is feeling. To do healing meditation, sit first in a very comfortable position. You can either sit on a chair with feet flat on the ground or cross legged on the floor. Begin by imagining your body being filled with a white energy light. Start from the feet to your head. Imagine next that every part in pain or diseased are surrounded by a dark energy mass. Then let the white energy light take over this part and turn all the dark mass to white light. When all dark mass is out, let the light shine out from your eyes. Allow this light to just penetrate the troubled areas of your body. As you do this, fill your heart with love and send love through the light to the dark areas. Sit for several minutes doing these and feel the warming sensation of healing meditation.
