People with hypertension have less risk of heart attacks and stroke since these complications are the result of fat deposits in the blood vessels that block the smooth flow of blood to the heart and brain.

Green tea is also known to increase energy levels. This will give people who are working out more endurance to finish their workout routine and still go to work or do other physical activity. So even with strenuous workouts, they still get to enjoy an active social life outside the gymn.
If you want to lose weight, it is advisable to have green tea together with your slimming diet and exercise program. Green tea is a plant product and there is no overdose, as far as studies are concerned so you can drink as much as you want and help you get back to your ideal body weight.
