Acquiring stress is typical for every adult. Stress is usually acquired by performing our daily activities such as work and house chores. You may also get stressed by dealing with other individuals like your officemates, neighbors or family members. But among these, the highest contributor to stress is the workplace.

Third, try taking short naps during lunch break. Short naps will help you sleep better during the night, which will then help your body recover from the stress that you've accumulated during working hours.
Fourth, eat right and avoid too much drinking coffee. Although coffee can be good for getting rid of toxins, drinking too much coffee will affect the quality of your sleep during the night. Eating healthy will help you manage your stress better. You can try eating fish and vegetables that are rich in omega-3 fats and vitamin b.
Fifth, you can also try to meditate, which has been performed by different cultures for thousands of years. Meditation is very effective for dealing with stress in the office. Some people listen to music while meditating in order to make it more effective.
