Scrubs have also changed material wise, with no longer harsh stiff fabrics being used but softer poly-cotton fabrics for most of them. Unlike traditional scrubs that stood out scrubs today can be worn out on the street or in the hospital. Where you wear them is only limited by you. Designer scrubs are not just for doctors, many in the medical field wear them from doctors to nurses, lab techs, care givers, school nurses, and home health providers.
