Surf clothing: the current state of affairs of Animal, Billabong, Reef, Patagonia and up coming Brands

At the moment at our biggest surf clothing brands would have to be Animal and Billabong clothing. The outstanding quality and design of their clothes are on par to none with the release of our new 2009 summer stock, everything is being picked up so fast!

Another big seller would have to be the Reef flip flops; the design of their EVA contoured foot bed takes comfort to a new level. I have to say one of my favourite Reef flip flops are the Reef Fannings, they look and feel great and they even have an added bottle opener in the sole of the flip flops for that nice cool beer on the beach. It’s a perfect present for this summer’s heat wave.

We can’t help but rave about rip curl clothing right now. Their products make sure to be eco friendly by using materials like linen and hemp. They use organic cotton grown without any chemicals for things like T shirts and fleeces. Last but not least they use recycled material saving natural resources and producing less trash. Rip curl are all round Eco warriors.

Rip curl aren’t the only eco warriors out there, since 1985 Patagonia clothing have been pledging 1% of their annual income to the preservation and restoration of the natural environment. Patagonia is one of the few brands that are willing to make a difference.

New brands arriving this winter include Nike 6.0 shoes, Hurley clothing, Protest surf wear, Cheimsee clothing and Icon jewellery. We are very excited as they are all very popular brands at the moment and were expecting a lot of demand for them so watch this space.

At the moment we are sorting out our new 2009 billabong winter stock. I can’t really say much but it looks great and you are really in for a treat!
